Power Electronics Engineer
What will you be doing:
- Leading the development of the company’s core products
- Responsibility for the development from the design stage to the final product, including all tests necessary to deliver the product to mass production (electronic tests, thermal tests, certification assurance.)
- Working with other teams inside the Hardware division and outside of it (Mechanical department, Software, and more)
Requirements
- BSc in electrical engineering- Must
- At least 5 years of experience in power electronics- Must
- Proven record of leading power electronics design, from conceptual stage to product level.
- Experience with topologies of energy conversions DC/DC, DC/AC.
- Experience with hardware CAD design and simulation tools such as: Psim PSpice, LTspice, or other equivalent.
- Experience with safety, standard and design regulations considerations.
- Hands on experience with PCB bringup and operating electrical laboratory equipment.
- Knowledge in the field of battery management systems.
- Basic knowledge in the field of embedded microprocessors, C/C++.
- Knowledge in communication protocols CANBUS, Modbus, I2C, SPI.
- Ability to work and learn independently, however still a team player.
- High level of English.
Full Stack Developer
Role Description:
You will be part of a team, working on powerful energy management applications.
Addressing challenges all the way from local data acquisition to cloud driven operation.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who can lead “end to end” features from requirement to release. The role will require a strong technical background for approaching challenges and crossing all product layers and technologies.
You will build scalable solutions in a fast-growing environment , and contribute to design and architecture of existing / new features.
Role requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience with NodeJS/Java.
- Solid knowledge in OOP and software design methodologies.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular/React.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- A good understanding of modern CSS and the web platform.
- A team player who likes working with the most up to date frameworks and libraries.
- Passionate about ensuring best practices are met.
- Focus on quality and simplicity.

Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Manager to support Sparkion’s commercial growth throughout North America and help shape the future of the company. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you’ll work directly with clients, both SMB and Fortune 500, to custom shape solutions to their local business’s needs. You’ll also be in a unique position to provide a feedback loop to Sparkion’s engineering team to continuously enhance our product offering based on customer needs. This consultative style role will focus on all phases of the sales life cycle and be responsible for directly driving revenue in the US region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new sales partners and channels to support scaling revenue growth
- Relationship management with existing key partners by providing product and industry updates, gaining valuable feedback from the market, and interfacing directly with end use customers
- Develop and review financial models and work with customers or potential site hosts to articulate the business case and/or positive impact of installing battery energy storage and energy management at a site
- Provide product training and onboarding for new partners and customers where necessary
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline and provide weekly reporting to operational stakeholders to support supply chain planning
- Provide market feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to support future product development
- Liaise with ecosystem partners to facilitate overall industry growth and encourage thought leadership within the space
